No, protection system does not add ban for fast clicking. There is clicking delay to avoid it.
That delay is called anti-flood and if you try to click faster you could got a kick of game (quite shitty on sps skill spam)
Admin, you must have any software like antibots= anti-flood , about setting is to much sensitive. when i fast click on game , like craft meterials i get hwid ban . You must do better setting , because lot of many ppls have hwid ban and they want play here 
If you mean you are clicking too fast by using any clicker, then yes, you will get banned by HWID, but not for clicking. It is because of program.
Protection soft does not affect fast clicking by you, it has more smart strategy and working idea.
If you were using illegal programs, you got banned, but fast clicking on skill button does not affected it.
