Aggression vs Aura of Hate number 3

OK I see what may confused you. I did some tests and it may seems that the aggro skill is indeed settuped correctly.
If i have no buffs the cooldown of skills is OK. However, the cooldown of Aggression skill doesnt scale with attack speed, but it should be. So this is the problem. IT doesnt matter if i have 50 attack speed or 1500 the cooldown of this skill is still the same. And this needs to be fixed. Aura of Hate scales with attack speed normally. Thats why at some point you are able to cast it 3 times faster then aggro which is bullcrap.

The aggression skill should be always faster. Imagine if nuker abilities werent scaling with casting speed....

So please mister admin, PLEASE... pretty please... fix it.

Before you write anything, check it as I told you before, cause one more time and it will not be tolerated anymore.
Difference between Aggro and Aura of Hate is that first one should have static reuse, second one - no.
