I was playing earlier and my game crashed, I was able to reaccess my spoiler but couldnt access my sph.. fast forward to now and I can't access any of my chars :/

EDIT: Checked, you were using illegal programs and got auto ban by protection system. Ban removed for first time, do not try to use it again.
